This is definitely one of our richest stews, filled with tripe, cow foot, smoked turkey & tender beef chunks, all cooked individually; seasoned to compliment the flavours from the red pepper base. Spinach is washed & dried overnight to retain crunchiness, then mixed into the sauce.
