Faaji Menu (Catering Service)
This service is specially designed if you're hosting a celebration with family & friends or if you prefer to get you food the same day our chefs cook it. We call this same-day delivery, we cook your meals & deliver it on the same day. Perfect for larger orders for families & parties.
This service is only available to location within 15 miles from our kitchen. This service is great for larger orders, families or celebrations.
Delivery fee depends on the distance, you can find out at checkout.
Heat 'N Ready (Shipping service)
This service is perfect if you live further away. Your meals are expertly prepared by our chefs, then frozen for freshness (except puff puff & jollof rice). Your food is packed in our planet-friendly insulated box, that keeps it cool for hours (until 9pm). Our delivery partner collects your order & it's delivers it within 24hrs from collection.
At the moment we deliver only on Tuesdays & Fridays for this service, but don't worry, we're currently working on increasing this soon.
Delivery locations
We’re very excited to say that we deliver to almost every corner of Great Britain. We’ve got our sights set on going global. But for now, we’re pleased to serve almost all parts of Great Britain (and we’re working on the rest).
Unfortunately, there are a few areas we’re not able to reach yet: Aberdeen, Argyll, Arran, Dundee, Eire (Republic of Ireland), Guernsey, Isle of Man, Northern Highlands, Northern Ireland, Orkney Shetland, Jersey

Delivery days
We currently deliver 2 days a week, so you can choose a delivery slot to fit in with your life:
- Tuesday & Friday (Heat N' Ready)
- Saturday (Faaji Menu)
Your delivery can arrive anytime between 8am-6pm (Heat N' Ready orders only). Our delivery partners will text or email you with a 1hr delivery window on the morning of your delivery, so you’ll know exactly when your parcel is arriving.
Out that day? Not a problem
We know that life’s busy, so we’ve made it super simple for you to still get your tasty meals without being home.
Our boxes are kept freshly chilled until 9pm thanks to our planet-friendly packaging - ready for you to pop in the freezer when you get home.
When you place your order: You'll be asked to enter some safe place delivery instructions to let us know where we can leave your box if you’re not in. If you don't leave any instructions and you are out, your box will be placed by your front door.
On the day of delivery: Our delivery partners will text you with a 1hr delivery window, so you’ll know exactly when your parcel is arriving.
If you need to update delivery instructions on the day: Just click on the link in your confirmation email to our delivery partner’s tracking portal to get your box delivered to a safe place. You can also download the DHL app.
Problem with my delivery
We’re really sorry if you’ve experienced a problem with your delivery - it’s totally our responsibility to get your box of plant-power delivered to your doorstep exactly the way it should!
Please send us a message here or feel free to call us on 07880234724 (between 8am-6pm Monday-Friday), and one of our Customer Managers will sort out any problems immediately.
In the unlikely event that your delivery has arrived the day after you were expecting it, please dispose of the box. As it is frozen food, your meals will have started to defrost and so will no longer be suitable for consumption. We will, of course, send you a fresh batch of Afrisian meals as soon as possible.
