INGREDIENTS

Black-eyed beans, red bell pepper, onion, water, scotch bonnet, ewe (banana leaf).

Seasoning used contains salt, flavour enhancer (monosodium glutamate), wheat starch, garlic 5.7%, maltodextrin, sugar, sunflower oil, onion 2%, spice, potato 0.5%, flavours (with wheat), colorant (E-101). For allergens, see ingredients in BOLD.

We like to keep things simple, so we ship all your dishes frozen to keep them fresh & free from chemicals and preservatives.

They are packaged and insulated properly with commercial-grade denim insulation that perfectly regulates the temperature and keeps your dish cool for hours even if it’s left outside. There’s also ice packs in there to keep everything extra cool.

All orders will arrive at your door every Tuesday or Friday between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Our partners will also drop you an email or text 1 hour in advance to let you know that your parcel is arriving.

Currently out of the house? Don’t worry about it! Our planet-friendly insulated box can keep your food safe and chilled for hours! (Until 9:00 PM)

Make sure to inform our delivery partners on where you’d like your parcel to be left at.

This dish is an incredible combination of fresh black-eyed beans, onions, red peppers and premium scotch bonnets that adds a little kick of heat!

You wouldn’t believe it, but our premium moi moi comes in three different flavours!

We have the all-time classic savoury mackerel that you all well know and love, the simple but overly satisfying slices of hard-boiled eggs, and our personal favourite, the chef’s premium corned beef filling.

Meaty and savoury, that’s most certainly one you don’t wanna miss out on!

Grab some of this and marvel at the buttery smooth consistency and sweet aromas that this classic Nigerian party dish presents.

Blended to a buttery smooth texture that is then wrapped in authentic Nigerian banana leaves (ewe) from the southern regions of Nigeria like in the states of Edo and Oyo!

By the way, did you know that Nigeria is among the largest banana and plantain producers in Africa with over 2.7 million tonnes per year? Those numbers are just bananas!

Our chefs also use a traditional steaming technique where the stems of ewe leaves are lined up at the bottom of the pot, helping the moi moi cook evenly while being steamed! Talk about authentic!

Every component of this dish creates a perfect harmony of flavours. Made sure through the evolution of recipes Shola learnt from her mum, who learned from hers as well.
